SYNOPSIS
Based on the story of Laura Zúñiga, a Mexican model who won the title of Miss Sinaloa in 2008, was arrested two months later for her alleged ties to the Juárez Cartel and stripped of her titles. Zúñiga was released from the detention center on January 30, 2009 after the judge found no evidence that tied her to any criminal activity.
