The film centers on the women behind a male rock 'n' roll band that is on the verge of breakout success. Birch will play the wife of the lead singer, with Malone taking the character of a naive girl from the good side of the tracks who winds up with a lot of rock 'n' roll spirit in the end. Faris will play the live-in girlfriend of the band's bad-boy lead guitarist. Sokoloff will star as a bar waitress who wreaks havoc on the band when she comes between a band member and his girlfriend. Swain will star as a groupie who is hot after the band's lead singer. West will play the bad-boy lead guitarist who is struggling to stay on track, while Haas is set to star as the drummer who falls for West's pregnant girlfriend.
