Based on the first book in the series, "Aliens for Breakfast," which was written by Jonathan Etra and Stephanie Spinner, the story revolves around a curmudgeonly alien space cop sent to Earth to find an escaped alien convict and landing in the apartment of an unsuspecting junior high school principal. The duo are forced to become partners and capture the convict alien.
