The movie is about a 10-year-old (Boyd) outcast shunned by classmates and forced to spend summer vacation alone. With his two imaginary friends (the title characters), he goes on a mission to prove dreams can become reality. Jacob play Minus, a bully who terrorizes the boy. Arquette and Davis play the boy's parents.
