Variety reports that Morgan Creek is wrapping up talks to finance the project that will re-team Robin Williams with director Barry Levinson, reports Variety. Levinson, who wrote the script, will begin production late in the fall and will shoot in Toronto, with exteriors in Maryland and D.C. Universal Pictures is expected to distribute the film domestically.
