This is an adaptation of the military novel by Bill Harlow, the retired Navy captain who was an assistant White House press secretary for George Bush and is current CIA spokesman. "William" is about two brothers who attempt to thwart a chemical weapons attack by Libyan terrorists. Freeman will play one of the brothers, who commands the battleship USS Winston Churchill. Working with his White House press secretary brother, the ship commander engages the enemy both in the Mediterranean and in D.C., where they race to discover the whereabouts of a chemical weapons stash.
