The Hollywood Reporter reports that DreamWorks and Paramount have picked the pitch from Arnett and Michael Schur, that will be a starring vehicle for Arnett. Peter Principato and Paul Young will produce, and Arnett will exec produce. Schur is now writing the script and will share a story by credit with Arnett.
