SYNOPSIS

Scripted by Dante Harper and Joby Harold, and based on the Japanese novel by Hiroshi Sakurazaka. ....when the alien Gitai invade, Keiji Kiriya is just one of many raw recruits shoved into a suit of battle armor and sent out to kill. Keiji dies on the battlefield, only to find himself reborn each morning to fight and die again and again. On the 158th iteration though, he sees something different, something out of place: the female soldier known as the B*tch of War. Is the B*tch the key to Keiji's escape, or to his final death?

• Heat Vision reports that Doug Liman has become the frontrunner to direct All You Need is Kill for Warner Bros. Pictures, however, Liman directing "Kill" would cause a problem for WB's The Three Musketeers, which the studio and helmer were planning on starting this fall with an already set release date of April 15, 2011. Also, as part of the original deal which closed more than two months ago, Kill may have to be shooting by next spring. - 2010-06-16
