SYNOPSIS

This is a high-concept modern-day war movie set in present-day San Francisco. Liberty centers on an attack on the U.S. with an electromagnetic pulse that makes computer chips inoperable, completely disrupting modern society. As a result, the U.S. is forced to defend itself against a digital-age threat by resorting to old-fashioned combat methods.
