By fests’ end, we can pretty much claim that Lee Daniels’ second trip to Cannes was indeed an eventful one, except for all the wrong reasons. Following 2009′s Un Certain Regard showing of Precious, it might be The Paperboy (with a cast that includes: Matthew Mcconaughey, Zac Efron, David Oyelowo, Macy Gray, John Cusack and Nicole Kidman) that walks away with what we could call a raspberry-like award for worst received picture.
