2010 Deauville American Film Fest Heavy on Sundance Titles

Going as far back as TIFF 2009’s The Joneses and Mother and Child, and as recent as Cannes, with filmmakers that we recently profiled in on our American New Wave 25 list (Alistair Banks Griffin and David Robert Mitchell), for the most part, this will be a Park City heavy edition.

Going as far back as TIFF 2009’s The Joneses and Mother and Child, and as recent as Cannes, with filmmakers that we recently profiled in on our American New Wave 25 list (Alistair Banks Griffin and David Robert Mitchell), for the most part, this will be a Park City heavy edition. The September festival, now in it’s 36th edition, has Emmanuelle Beart has the head of jury and could obviously be described as the premiere French film fest to showcase U.S indie film. Here is the list of selected titles with a couple of last minute surprises to be added sometime next month.
