Long time no see Mr. Peter Antonijevic. Going by the nickname of Gaga, I’m familiar with the Yugoslavia filmmaker because a friend forced me to watch Dennis Quaid in Gaga’s war film, Savior. The filmmaker is on the comeback trail, moving into the occult thriller form with a great backdrop and will be directing his first film in almost a decade with a low budget, post Hurricane Katrina tale featuring a Josh Lucas and Terrence Howard pairing and supplemented by actress Lake Bell. Shooting begins next week in New Orleans.

Scripted by Gerald Di Pego (The Forgotten), Little Murder is set in the wake of Hurricane Katrina and centers on a disgraced detective (Lucas) who gets an unexpected shot at redemption when the ghost of a beautiful cellist solicits his help in finding her killer. Mind in Motion Entertainment’s Silvio Muraglia is producing.
