Dubbed as a newer version of Hitch’s Psycho, this centers on a teen girl (Lawrence) who moves with her mom to a new town and learns that their home is across the street from a house where a double murder took place. Complications ensue when the teen befriends the massacre’s sole surviving son (Thieriot). If all goes as according to plan, next week should be Lawrence’s big breakout moment with the release of Winter’s Bone

Aaron Ryder’s FilmNation (company is handling sales for Pedro Almodóvar’s The Skin I Live In and Terrence Malick’s next) and A Bigger Boat’s Peter Block are producing with Tim Williams, Hal Lieberman and Jonathan Mostow. Mostow has been on board this project for a while now, he wrote the story and then passed on the reins to David Loucka (Dream House) who put it in a screenplay format.
