Exclusive: Trailer & Posters for Anita Rocha da Silveira’s Kill Me Please

Premiering at the 2015 Venice Film Festival (with subsequent important pitstops at SXSW and New Directors / New Films fests) Anita Rocha da Silveira’s much lauded feature debut will finally be making its theatrical run and Cinema Slate folks have provided us with the exclusive first look at the pair of theatrical one-sheets, and the first look at the trailer for Kill Me Please.

A mélange of coming-of-age drama with slow-burning horror is said to borrow from the 80s slasher genre — totally up our alley. This opens Friday, September 1st, at Alamo Drafthouse Downtown Brooklyn and will expand nationwide during the fall. Here are the exclusive posters (click for larger version) and trailer below:
