Release Date/Status?: Now that all plans for a 2011 release are a thing of the past, the logicial next bet is Cannes 2012. Prod company Annapurna Pictures picked up distribution rights for the U.S. – if they do release the pic it will be their first ever theatrical release and they’ll want to hit theaters at the same time this is shown in mainland China.
