Ben Foster Reteams with Cassavetes, adds Sienna Miller, Lucy Punch, Melanie Griffith and Mom

Mentioned very briefly only two weeks back, we have some major casting news that was announced late yesterday. Nick Cassavetes’ will be counting on some familiar faces, casting his mother (Gena Rowlands) and Ben Foster and will most likely throw this trio (Sienna Miller, Lucy Punch, Melanie Griffith) under the bus in Yellow.

Mentioned very briefly only two weeks back, we have some major casting news that was announced late yesterday. Nick Cassavetes’ will be counting on some familiar faces, casting his mother (Gena Rowlands) and Ben Foster and will most likely throw this trio (Sienna Miller, Lucy Punch, Melanie Griffith) under the bus in Yellow – which has been described as a tale about a “young woman whose drug habit isn’t the worst of her problems.” Her he is below with Heather Wahlquist who co-wrote the screenplay with her hubby Nick.

I’m not sure about you guys, but after having seen Foster’s chest pounding villian in Alpha Dog, I’m almost sure that it developed in him being cast in some strong film roles including his first starring role in Oren Moverman’s The Messenger.
