Why is it on the list?: Along with Morris, Burns and Pennebaker, Gibney is easily one of the best working documentarians around and when he takes on headline items such as, torture practices and an engaging dissection of what the boys at Enron were up to. This should be more fun than any multi-character, plot twisting Hollywood thrillers.
Release Date/Status?: A Sundance competition premiere and should be the first doc to be picked up during the fest. Look for a rapid release to follow.
