16 Blocks’ Richard Wenk Sets up a Heist at Overture

Date:

Overture Films are looking to be a part of Richard Wenk‘s heist job. The Hollywood Reporter reports that State Street Pictures’ George Tillman Jr. (a producer who also happens to be a director as recently witnessed with Notorious) has sold the pitch to the indie distributor. No plot details were revealed but Wenk last wrote the screenplay 16 Blocks which Richard Donner directed.

The untitled heist pic Tillman and Robert Teitel from State Street are producing with Richard Arlook, who manages Wenk. Matt Pritzker is executive producing and Rene Rigal is overseeing for State Street.
