Orange of the Week: ‘I’m F***ing’ No More

Date:

Wayne McClammy, the late night short phenom of “I’m F***ing” fame, has been tapped to direct a new 20th Century Fox feature, “Cool
School”
.

McClammy is relatively new to the Hollywood scene but has
garnered millions of Youtube hits for a video valentine made in January for
Jimmy Kimmel by his girlfriend Sarah Silverman. Valentine yes, romantic, no, as
Sarah Silverman so famously insinuated she was, ahem, f***ing Matt Damon.
Kimmel responded with his own video, this time f***ing Ben Affleck.

“Cool School” will be McClammy’s first feature. It follows
business as usual ad execs in their early thirties, who after realizing they
were dorky and lame, get the chance to go back to high school to get their “cool”
back.  While this sounds like a premise
for an early John Hughes movie a la “Weird Science”, seasoned comedy writer
Mark Perez (“Accepted”) might have the chops to make it less cheesy and more…like
a good excuse to watch a buddy movie?

With another comedy producer, Michael Aguilar (“What Happens
in Vegas”), at hand, McClammy – who already has a gig directing episodes of “The
Sarah Silverman Program”
– will go from struggling little person to old pro in
no time.
