An early morning screening for a seedy, living large in Los Angeles comedy where the protag develops a consciousness after finding the one girl who doesn’t fall for his very successful game plan. Besides this great pad or spread from which to film from, David MacKenzie‘s film is minimalist in scope — and the camera movement is fluid when need be.
