Not sure if Guinness World Records took note of this new Cannes factoid, but The Angel’s Share is Ken Loach’s record breaking 13th film in the Main Competition (get an eye full of his Cannes selected filmography here). Starring old Loach players and some new faces, Our Critics’ Panel almost equivocally rated this Glasgow set comedy as a 3 star quality type of film — a great recovery in sorts from his last picture in 2010′s Route Irish.
