With bit parts in Mary Harron’s The Notorious Bettie Page, Lajos Koltai’s Evening and Daryl Wein’s Breaking Upwards, Call isn’t exactly a newbie in the industry, but with television face time and a meatier part in another U.S indie title: Lena Dunham’s Tiny Furniture, this is his official breakout year.
