Margot at the Wedding: Poster & Trailer

The folks over at Paramount Vantage are getting an early start in promoting their upcoming autumn fair – with a couple of major international film festivals and a packed fall and winter calender from competitors, director Noah Baumbach might get more coverage than his 05′ quick in-and-out entry The Squid and the Whale.

The folks over at Paramount Vantage are getting an early start in promoting their upcoming autumn fair – with a couple of major international film festivals and a packed fall and winter calender from competitors, director Noah Baumbach might get more coverage than his 05' quick in-and-out entry The Squid and the Whale.

It helps that Margot at the Wedding packs some A listers in Nicole Kidman and Jack Black. Originally titled “Nicole in the Country,” this is a multigenerational story that takes place over a weekend and follows a mom and her son who visit the mom's sister. Here is the poster one sheet for the October 12th release – that we will most likely cover at the upcoming Toronto Film Festival. To view the trailer simply click the poster image below.
