IFC nose dives into ‘Penelope’
One of the most sought after world preem titles at this year’s Toronto film fest has now found not one, but two buyers. IFC Films and the Weinstein Co. have pacted a deal that sees IFC handle the theatrical release and the Weinstein’s handling home video and TV. The deal as The Hollywood Reporter says that there is a big P&A commitment for Penelope's 07 release.

Rasuk is Coming Back
There's been a lot of buzz surrounding William H. Macy's directorial debut, Keep Coming Back mostly because it's the Oscar nominated actor's first big-screen film. Now there's another reason to talk about this movie - Victor Rasuk. The Harlem born 22-year-old, who many indie lovers will recognize from Raising Victor Vargas and/or part of the skateboarding ensemble of Lords of Dogtown, will play opposite Salma Hayek.
