It has been quite an astonishing creative couple of years for Romanian filmmaker Radu Jude. After riding the festival and accolade wave with his last feature Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn, the filmmaker put out a series of shorts landing at Venice, Locarno, Berlin and Cannes’ Directors’ Fortnight and at some juncture during this outburst he managed to sneak in an off the radar feature with the curious title: Do Not Expect too Much of the End of the World. We know absolutely nothing on the title except that it’s currently in post and so a 2023 drop is very likely.
