Film in Pictures: Jeff Nichols’ Take Shelter

Date:

For the Sundance committee who didn’t include his first work in the context of their festival and for the few people who did manage to see Jeff Nichols’ debut film Shotgun Stories know that, we’re in for something special with his sophomore film. Taking Shelter reteams the director with Michael Shannon, we’ve got a great batch of good looking stills to mend matters until we get to see the world premiere on the 24th. Feature also showcases Jessica Chastain – who’ll get a taste for the fest circuit with Cannes next May for Tree of Life.
