Silent Light (Luz Silenciosa) takes place in the Chihuaha state, community of Mennonites. Johan, married to Esther, with seven sons from her, has been having a passionate love affair with Marianne for 2 years. Deciding between two lives, and between two women, is impossibile. He opens his heart to his friend, Zacaris and to his father, a preacher, who sees it as the devil’s work. Neverthless, both of them support him, pity him. And envy him.
