Top 100 Most Anticipated Films of 2011: Tony Kaye’s Detachment

It’d be great if this would be a double Tony Kaye film type of year. But ahead of the troubled Black Water Transit, we would much rather prefer to see this: a high school drama from the point of view of the teachers and principles. The cast is fine, and from what we heard the screenplay is actually pretty solid. I’m hoping that this is Kaye’s big comeback moment.

List Worthy Reasons…It’d be great if this would be a double Tony Kaye film type of year. Release Date/Status?: Completed. Should receive a festival premiere where it’ll find a proper suitor.
