Seeing that he signed up for Sweetheart not that long after Sleight had premiered at Sundance in 2016, we now understand why the Blumhouse project took a bit more time in post than originally thought — and that has everything to do with the thing Kiersey Clemons’ character meets in the dark on….a not so deserted island.
