Day 8: Live from Cannes: Revolution number 10 with ‘Maradona by Kusturica’

Date:

Both filmmaker and soccer legend have a profound love for the sport that made the Argentinean into a soccer god, but perhaps its their politic views that made them all the more chummy. Maradona by Kusturica  is a docu film that sees the Slav filmmaker take up as much “space” as his subject matter – a sort of diary, a three year process of trying to get the legend to spill his beans and to be best buds. The docu will work in soccer markets in Europe and especially Latin America.
