Magnolia Films Moves Next to ‘Good Neighbours’

Date:

U.S distributor Magnolia Pictures has done some duty free shopping picking Canadian film Good Neighbours, the TIFF thriller from actor-director Jacob Tierney, starring Canuck talents Jay Baruchel, Scott Speedman and Emily Hampshire.

Gist: Set in the dead of winter, “Good Neighbours” tells the story of a serial killer on the loose and three residents of small apartment building who retreat indoors.

Worth Noting: Tierney and Baruchel worked together on Tierney’s previous film, The Trotsky.

Do We Care?: We skipped it at TIFF and will probably do so when it hits theaters.
