Perhaps falling into the worlds we saw in Brooks‘ Broadcast News and Lumet‘s Network, written by Aline Brosh McKenna (The Devil Wears Prada), Morning Glory centers on a struggling female news producer and the iconic, temperamental anchorman she recruits to revive a failing network morning show.
