This week’s Eye Candy: Noam Murro

Date:

Every Saturday we feature a collection of works from some of our favorite filmmakers – the kind of works that you sometimes catch on the tube, on the net or when wasting away in front of MTV. IONCINEMA.com’s Eye Candy of the week is …

Noam Murro is not a household name just yet, but most of the stuff he has done
as a commercials director has been displayed among most people’s households. He has got a couple of projects in the works (he was once attached to direct exits from ‘The Ring 2’ but dropped out) with a remake of Strangers on a Train and All Families Are Psychotic, but his first project that will be lensed is a Thomas Haden Church , Dennis Quaid and Rachel Weisz pic called Smart People. Written by Mark Poirier, this sees Quaid play a professor whose wife’s death has turned him into a bitter eccentric. He learns to reconnect with people after falling for a former student.

Here is an example among many others – to few his work as a director click here.
