The Gist: Safe and sound in their suburban home, Will and Lynn Cameron (Clive Owen and Catherine Keener) used to sleep well at night. Will, in particular, was comforted by the fact that he and Lynn raised three bright children – smart, savvy – that once the doors were locked and the alarm set, nothing…absolutely nothing, was going to harm his family. Not on his watch.

Selling Point: The internet predator/father feeling the guilt for not protecting his family already comes across as a dated story line, but if this digs deep enough into entire mental anguish,and the Clive Own and Catherine Keener pairing pull off strong perfs, then perhaps there’ll be a market for this.
Suited For: If packaged as a psychological thriller, this could go to a distributor looking for the maximum value for little cost.
