The Gist: Mexico, Chihuaha state, community of Mennonites. Johan,
married to Esther, with seven sons from her, has been having a passionate love
affair with Marianne for 2 years. Deciding between two lives, and between two
women, is impossibile.

Fact: The lead actress is a non-actor that Reygadas meet randomly.

See It: The filmmaker behind Battle in Heaven has picked up much critical praise and won prizes in Cannes, the Golden Hugo in Chicago, a Fipresci Prize in Rio, and a Best Film award in Bergen.

Release Date/Status?: Tartan Films might try and put this in a couple of arthouse theaters.
