IndieSponge Episode 8 – 2020 Cannes vs. Venice, Apple TV+ Gets Behind Scorsese, HBO Max Gets Behind the Safdies

On this week’s episode of IndieSponge, Kevin Jagernauth and I look at the latest developments in the Cannes and Venice Film Festivals, we consider a film fest season without Netflix, and look at how Apple TV+ joined forces with Martin Scorsese on Killers of a Flower Moon and HBO Max doing business with the Safdies. We also discuss the crackpot idea of going into outer space with Tom Cruise once again joining forces with Doug Liman on the Elon Musk NASA project. Thanks for watching our COVID-19 edition of IndieSponge.
