Featuring the extremely cute Jocelin Donahue and her killer freckles in the lead, the film is an homage to 80’s horror films and sees a young girl who takes a babysitting job in a remote mansion with her good friend Megan (Greta Gerwig). She’s desperate for money and the pay is good, but something feels wrong, and Samantha quickly realizes that the girls are trapped. As a lunar eclipse darkens the night sky, she realizes that her employers are not nice people.

Magnet will release the horror pic via VOD in September to be followed by an opening in the month of Halloween (also the same month they might release Nicolas Winding Rehn‘s excellent Bronson. Spout Blog’s Karina Longworth had a sit down with West which you can read here.
