Pang Ho-Cheung Can’t Quit: ‘Love In A Puff’ to Get a Sequel

Date:

2011 will be another busy year for Pang Ho-Cheung, as it was confirmed that he planned a “Love In A Puff” sequel to shoot sometime next year. The director recently relocated to Beijing, expanding his market to the mainland China and has already planned to work on several projects – without forgetting about his local Hong Kong market.

The sequel is a first for Pang, he’ll basically continue from right where he left off with the conclusion of the first installment, once again employing Miriam Yeung Chin Wah and Shawn Yue. This time, it will talk about the life of Cherie, played by Miriam, and Jimmy, played by Shawn after they decide to live together, starting their cohabitation while trying hard to quit smoking. There will be another love interest for Cherie, possibly played Daniel Wu, further complicating the couple’s relationship. The project is currently in development.
