Winner: Alan Arkin – Little Miss Sunshine
My Pick: Jackie Earle Haley – Little Children
Outside the Box: Michael Sheen – The Queen

Comments: Jack Nicholson and Alec Baldwin would have been nice additions to the category and another worthy outside pick would have been Danny Huston from The Proposition. My vote would go to the difficult role that comeback kid Haley portrayed, but Arkin is deserving – much more than Murphy.
