Written by Michael Cera, this is about an aging actress (Anderson) who balances a new movie role, her needy son, romantic possibilities, and past regrets in this absurdist comedy about isolation and human bonds.

The acquisition title might be gunning for a TIFF premiere this fall on home soil, or wait until Sundance – the first edition in Colorado – a fitting new chapter to the fest for an actor who had been there several times over. mk2 Films are handling international rights and 2am and CAA Media Finance will oversee North America.
