Kimmel Wants Amiel to work with ‘Old Timers’

Amiel most recently direct The Core and the has Creation in the can. I expect the Darwin biopic to get a festival start – perhaps at TIFF).

Written by playwright Noah Haidle (read further details here), this follows two sixtysomething cons who have one final night to do everything they’ve wanted and reunite their gang before one of them meets his demise.

Sidney Kimmel is producing, with Jim Tauber and Bingham Ray are executive producing. THR reports that they hope to get a couple of geezers in place and to begin filming by year’s end.
