Paramount Vantage team with Summer of Tears comedy troupe

Two members of the Summer of Tears comedy troupe have had their screenplay optioned by Paramount Vantage. Most likely worn out by their own travels, Todd Waldman (pictured above in the black tie) and Rob Kerkovich (far right) have conceived a screenplay entitled Beat Kip that follows three struggling college graduates who find a purpose in life:
to travel across the country to fight an Ivy League student who stole
one of their girlfriends.

This is just one of the many items that the troupe have worked on – the trade reports that appart from their comedy tours and online presence (see below), they have a TV pilot in development at Warner Bros.   nnn
