The Gist: With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon (Gary Oldman) and District Attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), Batman has been making headway against local crime…until a rising criminal mastermind known as The Joker (Heath Ledger) unleashes a fresh reign of chaos across Gotham City.

Fact: This might just be Heath Ledger’s last screen performance.

See It: This might be the more promising superhero movie out of the bunch (Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk). 

Release Date/Status?: Waiting for Paramount and Universal to introduce tin and the green man first, Warner Bros. Pictures is placing this in the middle of the summer: July 18th.
