Top 100 Most Anticipated Films of 2010: Cam Archer’s Shit Year

What we do know is Wild Tigers I Have Known announced a new talent worth keeping tabs on. Expect his sophomore project to be a highly stylized, visually alluring piece and if Barkin brings her A-game to what appears to be a gutsy, meta role, then the title will be an afterthought when discussing the film.

Top 100 Most Anticipated Films of 2010: Gela Babluani’s 13

I'm figuring that if you factor in an oddball ensemble cast, the premise (which does seem to have been modified) and Géla Babluani manages to bottle the same, raw, insane energy of the original then we might find ourselves with a film not unlike the Herzog's trippy Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call - New Orleans.

Top 100 Most Anticipated Films of 2010: Marian Crisan’s Morgen

Winner of the Palme d'or for his 2008 short film Megatron, his first screenplay received praise from fellow Romanian filmmaker Cristian Mungiu. Looks like one more name to withhold from this country.

Top 100 Most Anticipated Films of 2010: Miguel Arteta’s Cedar Rapids

Top 100 Most Anticipated Films of 2010: Doug Liman’s Fair Game

With Liman specializing himself as a action man, the ensemble of factors as to why I'm looking forward to the film have nothing to do with who is behind the camera. With Participant Media on board, 21 Gram duo Watts & Penn playing real folk - this has the potential of being a hard-hitting commentary on how people on the inside get rid of problems.
