Top 50 Future TV Binge List: Prepping for the Summer with Sharp Objects & Succession

Almost a dozen new entries have been added to Top 50 Future TV Binge List chart most notably Marco Bellocchio‘s Esterno, Notte – but post Cannes Film Festival we’re getting ready for summer offerings. HBO are positioning themselves to own the first part of the summer with Sharp Objects (July – 8 Episodes). We got our first visual clue has to what kind of occult to expect when the likes of Amy Adams, Patricia Clarkson, Chris Messina and co. descending into madness. Gillian Flynn’s debut novel was confirmed a six-parter a while back and Jean-Marc Vallée (Big Little Lies) will drop this July.

Netflix released the first batch of pics for Maniac (Fall – 10 Episodes) and we’re already digging how the Scandi humor gets translated in True Detective‘s Cary Fukunaga return to directing. Emma Stone and Jonah Hill star in this comedy noir fantasy series which is set to debut in the autumn. Succession (June 3rd – Episodes: TBA) takes our third spot.
