Honestly, I’m not sure what to make of his use of non-actors (moving from porn stars to cage fighters) who are celebrities in their own right, but like everyone else, I can’t help but be impressed by Soderbergh’s willingness to not typecast himself in terms of film narratives, styles and technologies.

Why is it on the list?Honestly, I’m not sure what to make of his use of non-actors (moving from porn stars to cage fighters) who are celebrities in their own right, but like everyone else, I can’t help but be impressed by Soderbergh’s willingness to not typecast himself in terms of film narratives, styles and technologies.

Release Date/Status?: With production commencing soon, there’s no reason why Lionsgate won’t change their minds at release this earlier than 2011.
