Why is it on the list?: Honestly, I’m not sure what to make of his use of non-actors (moving from porn stars to cage fighters) who are celebrities in their own right, but like everyone else, I can’t help but be impressed by Soderbergh’s willingness to not typecast himself in terms of film narratives, styles and technologies.
Release Date/Status?: With production commencing soon, there’s no reason why Lionsgate won’t change their minds at release this earlier than 2011.
