Much more of a Venice Film Festival invited guest, Nostalgia becomes Mario Martone’s second trip to the Palme comp after 1995’s L’Amore Molesto. He was in the Un Certain Regard section in 1998 with Teatro Di Guerra. Pierfrancesco Favino leads the cast.

Another film falling just underneath the average 3 bar — Nostalgia does indeed have its fans. Of the fifteen critics that graded the film – one gave it a masterpiece score and we’re currently looking at a 2.8 average.
