Live From Cannes!!! Meet the Jury For Our 2025 Cannes Critics’ Panel

Date:

IONCINEMA.com has been gauging the pulse of the Palme d’Or competition since 2011. We first jumped into the water when trades such as Screen Daily and Le film français would publish the results …. print form only a day later. Delivered bi-daily (sometimes even tri-daily!), our Cannes Critics’ Panel has remained steadfast in bringing readers the electrifying buzz of the Croisette. There’s nothing quite like experiencing an entire competition as a journalist—racing against deadlines, burning the midnight oil, and living on pure cinephile adrenaline. None of this would be possible without our incredible panel of twenty film critics, handpicked from across the globe. So make sure to share on the socials, and check back daily to see how our jury assesses the Class of 2025. Last year’s victor was Mohammad Rasoulof’s The Seed of the Sacred Fig with an average score of 3.6.
